I wanted to look sweet in the sun, and feel bueno inside and out. Being a Celiac (No Glutens), I learned how to eat right along with rocking a good workout regimen, got me hooked on seeing my body transform.
Why I Love It:
Love to see changes and put my mind to something constructive and challenging. It lets the stress freeeeee.
How I Stay Motivated:
My awesome boyfriend, waking up early, music, continuous nutrition knowledge, running, spinning, eating healthy, and always... progression towards my goals. Patience, commitment, hard work, and motivation can get you anything you want... and I'm not just talking about a sick body... dreams are attainable, follow your heart!
BB Accomplishments:
Working hard to get to 14% BF. Now I know it's possible, time to take it to the next step!
Steel Cut oats... I'll have to give those a try in April. Food sensitivity tests.. I've had those done.. however, I've got to go with how my stomach reacts..lol. The tests didn't indicate much. I used to eat normal.. and looked like it.. when I was 18. that all changed. Can you have 'Chocolate Lucky Charms'? In offseason, I eat Bearitos organic 'no salt no oil' popcorn. I look forward to my offseason this year.. Good luck with the food allergy test. : ) Keep up the hard work.
Thanks for your comment on gluten/wheat free food. Your stomach issues sound a lot like mine. None of my tests show I have 'Celiac Disease' , rather IBS or Gastroparesis or maybe Dumping Syndrome.. Can you eat regular oats? I found a gluten -free oatmeal today. And, Lundburg rice cakes are gluten- free, dairy free. I am going to use these in April.. : ) Great profile pic. by the way.
