Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I shredded my right shoulder, may need surgery, I will find out in Febuary. It still nags me but I just work through it.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They, like me at that time, didn't know wtf they were doing.

Incline DB press. It seems to be the nemisis of a lot of newb lifters, including myself.
