Back finally healed enough to where I felt comfortable. Only took 11 months of physical therapy to get here.
Why I Love It:
I feel better about myself. I miss my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Kids, JRB, CEK. That is really all I need right there :)
BB Accomplishments:
Well I have lost almost 90 pounds now. I feel better but still look like crap. I need to work HARDER.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I shredded my right shoulder, may need surgery, I will find out in Febuary. It still nags me but I just work through it.

Incline DB press. It seems to be the nemisis of a lot of newb lifters, including myself.

Oh! Yeah... that first 60 pounds of starving sucked. I like body building much more ;) Don't do that plan bro... It sucked ass. Just lift hard, eat right, and cardio your way down :) You can do this!

It says on your info you lost 60 pounds starving yourself and walking now you want to lose this 60 right. I was only joking I just feel like getting below 200 will be hard I built up this mental thing thinking 200 is difficult its like a big milestone for me

Good luck bro 180 sounds good,I need to get below 200 I havent been that low since I was 12!,Ive got to get to 187 to be referred for a tummy tuck(sad but true)I have 30lb to go losing the first 130 was not hard Ive got a feeling this 30 will be I might just go for your starvation and walking diet:lol:
