theyre helping loads! I really liked the one you did on smith squats, it was really interesting to see the little tweaks in my form that made a lot of difference :) And the HIIT is wonderful, my sprints have gotten so much faster and I can endure the sprint intervals longer with less rest. Unfortunately I can only do those sprints 2x a week because of time and I'm worried of hurting my achilles tendon again, but there are always other forms of cardio that get me working just as hard hehe

HAHAH actually about those moves, I was going to post something on the boards - I cant to them either! my upper body is so weak. Im going to look up some alternative moves to maybe help me build up to that cause theres no way I can do one right now hahah

haha no i didnt mean it like that. I just figure that most people out of canada wouldnt know of many universities here, other than University of Toronto. Wasn't hatin' on the US or anything :p
My triathlon is in a little less than 3 weeks! It's come so quickly. I'm a little scared.. but at the same time I know I'll finish. I just want to be in the top half of finishers at least haha. I think I can pull it off?

Things are good! Improving my running time, swimming 2k three times a week, getting stronger! So cant complain :) How about you?

HAHAH OH MAN, I've seen the movie twice, and that still got me the second time! No one saw that one coming hahah. I feel like the way it ended will give some leeway into the next one... hopefully ;)

man, that movie was just too good to forget any of it! Not to mention the character himself, probably one of the best portrayed characters on film in a long time :)

It's actually a lot better! I haven't had any flare-ups in over a month, but I still have to wear a tenson to keep some stability and support. But training has been fantastic :D

Thats sweet! Im only doing a sprint, so 750-30-7.5, so I run 3-4 times a week, cross-train, weight train, and will start back up on swimming again soon. I trained with a triathlon club at my university throughout the year, till my injury. Good times!
