Peel the fat away with ALWAYS clean eating! No exceptions! Weight training with HIIT on top should get me where I need to go.
Goal (Long):
I grew up in highschool being regular weight, and probably a healthy BMI. But ate crap every day. After first year, slowly changed my diet to include a lot more vegetables and lean meats, and by thurd year of university had done one short triathlon and was at a decent weight, maybe even one that people though was too low. In march 2008, I developed achilles tendonitis from running 10k every morning without adequate stretching, and it was to the point I couldn't walk to class. Since I have slowly recovered, and in mid-June have began running 6k every morning again.
I would like to lose 5-10 pounds that I feel I have put on with the injury, reduce the odd cellulite on my legs, very much reduce my body fat, and tone.
I would also like to train for my triathlon in august - 750m swim, 30k bike, 7.5k run. I know I can do it now if I wanted to, but would like to train to the optimum.

*beginning serious fat loss efforts (likely keto)
*changing training routine - no cardio on feet, more weights
*want to go down to at least 18% BF!

UPDATE SEPT 2008
*focusing on weight training
*feet are improving but cutting running for a few months
*focusing on a CLEAN diet, didn't enjoy the Keto diet (though I had problems following it and keeping a good exercise regime while I was on it) for cutting
*implementing at least 4 sessions of cardio a week
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Used to be running, but stress fracture in left foot and tendonitis in right have prevented me from running for the next few months...
SWIMMING - works the entire body, very refreshing, and so many different workouts you can do!Used to be running, but stress fracture in left foot and tendonitis in right have prevented me from running for the next few months...

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Depends on what is available:
-At gym: step master (large steps) and cycling don't put stress on my feet
-At school: spin classes, step master and swimming
Im just dropping by to say that your hardwork really paid off. Look at you now...you'r super gorgeous, sexy and nice overall toned up. Hows your workout going on hun...? you take care and God bless...!
probably not...
just kidding! you'll do great!
i ran a 15k a few weeks ago and i had never gone that far before, and i had really let my running slip in the weeks leading up to it but when the time came i did really well and finished in the top third. once the day comes and you feel the adrenaline and excitement you won't be able to fail. Good luck! You'll do great!
=P
i'm in "the states"? is this a bad thing! haha. i have to start talking to you about something other than the dark knight because i could go on forever about that! when is your triathlon?
yea, it seemed like that was the plan...leaving the joker alive...but i dont know if it will be the same if they have some one else play the joker. but we'll see. where do you go to school?
