Disliked my body and had low self esteem, so started re-vamping my diet to include more healthy foods and slowly started working out.
Why I Love It:
Huge energy burst, increased self-esteem, makes me feel great all day

No matter how gross you feel about them, you should def post them. I did and now I am glad. It really motivated me to take pics that I could see a change. I and I have. Besides, we are always more critical of ourselves....

lol well I'm glad I'm not alone!!! lol - we replaced them with lat pull downs - aparently that's ok too! So... lat pull downs it will be. Maybe in 4-6 weeks I'll give it another try! :) We'll see.

Hey! I'm on the Extreme Fat Destruction plan. I've only done one day though, i'm really looking forward to getting right into it. I have to say... i'm pretty sore today! Oh - and he had "wide grip chins" on my workout... I couldn't even do ONE!!! lol how embarassing...
