Yes thats the best indicator for growth in my book! 3-4 days soreness is good enough to show u stimulated to the max but if the soreness stays around for more than that then u have probably injured the muscle. If u dont feel sore the next day at all..well...u havent done much! Keep pumping hard brother! Personally ive gone from 72 kg (pic) to 80!! but my 6pack has gotten quite blurry... even the 4th pack has been hidden.. Ill post new pics in 1 month after ive cut down to 9% fat.
