Yes thats the best indicator for growth in my book! 3-4 days soreness is good enough to show u stimulated to the max but if the soreness stays around for more than that then u have probably injured the muscle. If u dont feel sore the next day at all..well...u havent done much! Keep pumping hard brother!
Personally ive gone from 72 kg (pic) to 80!! but my 6pack has gotten quite blurry... even the 4th pack has been hidden.. Ill post new pics in 1 month after ive cut down to 9% fat.
Thanks for the add. You look like you know what you are doing so I might ask you for some advice some time. Yeah, looks like we both have stubborn pops. Maybe one day they will learn before it's too late. At least we have changed it for our future generations.
Thanks for the tips man. My cutting is started, basically no carbs past 6 pm and limited during the day. Any tips so I can get 17 inch arms like that? Impressive bicep pic!

Looking good, bro. Hit the upper pecs a bit more to increase size and focus on shoulders. That will add to your already solid upper body.
