man I saw your videos, great that`s great. im uploading my latest picks. well you don`t see to much progress in mass, but i have grow almost seven cm. my legs are bigger, my back and my chest are a little bigger, and my muscles are larger and harder.

That's great. I'm focusing now on sports, I'll try them and after some years concentrate in one.Since I started bodybuilding my point of view about exercises and sports has change a lot and I want to make it a style of life.
