How I Started:
Because of a cousin that studies a carrier related to bodybuilding so he pushed me to enter the gym. I really started on July the 15th in 2006, but I only stayed 2 months. The next months I saw how I lost my muscles so I had to do something.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it asks me a lot of discipline. And for me is very funny and I enjoy working alot and giving my best to reach what I want
How I Stay Motivated:
all the efforts I make have allways good results. So that means I'm working in the correct way.

Goal (Long):
Well define muscles and symmetric body, like Michael Fassbender from 300.My whole life i've been skinny, my dad has pushed me to make exercise since I was three years old. So I learnt kick boxing, kempo Karate and swimming.I play soccer and volley. Because of swimming I 've allways been tall,strong but thin. Now that my heigh is of 1.80 m at the age of 17 I will reach the propper body I want:long and well define muscles.My six pack and big shoulders.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 kg

Hey Alex, The special effects are good but I cant see you. From what I can see looks good. Just do regular lighting without the flash. You look good enough with out effects. Though they are awesome.

Alejandro, esta bueno. You have done an excellent job and you look great. Nice abs and an awseome physique. Work a little more on the arm and shoulders and you will really complete the package. Keep up the good work.
The hard work you're putting in, is showing. Keep track of your progress by measuring your chest, etc. It will help you see changes that are happening when you don't think there are any.

Oh...I see your point. Still think he's super talented, but would like to see him actually play for Galaxy :P But, I agree with you, he's has tons of publicity, but no game.
