1 Month: down to 18% bodyfat; 6 Month: down to 8%, compete in Army bodybuilding comps
Goal (Long):
I am currently measuring at 23% b/f. I want to get down to 18% b/f by the end of April. By the end of September I want to be at 8% b/f. From there I can focus on definition. I already have some mass, but I need to increase mass which will help melt the fat.
I also want to complete a marathon by the time I'm thirty. The run time is the event that I currently have the biggest struggle with on the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), so let's go all out and be able to run a marathon.

I want to LOSE 30 lb

If you are wanting to max the APFT concentrate on doing 100 pushups and 100 situps. They don't have to be 100 straight start with 4 sets of 25 and then work from there. You have to get good at running 4 miles if you want to run 2 miles fast.
