Also on rest-days I'm doing some "healthy" stuff like bike, cross-training, running for cardio and/or infrared sauna for recovery.

Well, to be motivated isn't a real problem for me at the moment.
If I feel "less motivated" on a day, I'm listening to some hot music stuff which is pushing me to motivation for lifting weights :P
So my suggestion...Always have a good playlist ready!!! ;)
