I started jogging around the block/going for powerwalks by my house, doing pushups, planks, squats and other @ home workouts in my basement when i was 14.
I would ask tons of questions and read Oxygen mag and surf Bodybuilding.com to get tips on nutrition. The rest is history lol
Why I Love It:
I love having the ability to transform my body and other's bodies by creating new diets and training programs for myself/others.
I find working out is a real stress reliever for me and it also helps me boost my self-worth and confidence:)
How I Stay Motivated:
-Always setting new, reasonable goals
-Experimenting with my diet by adding new healthy additions to it to add variety
-Doing photoshoots, this requires me to stay in top shape year-round!
BB Accomplishments:
-Placing 4th @ my first ever figure comp. when i was 20, this meant a lot to me because i had trained myself and written my own diet for it and had only a day and a half of posing practise with my friend.
-Having gained over 10lbs of lean muscles mass and decreased my bodyfat% significantly since i first started.

This was taken at my first fitness model comp. I was 20 years old and i had never done a show. i did my own diet and training routine and had very little posing practise
taken @ photoshoot w. physique photographer Glen Grant
My goal is to stay focused and enjoy my diet and training as much as possible so that i can stick to it.
Its very easy for me to fall off the wagon when im under pressure at my day job (office work) or personal problems get in the way. i tend to turn to alcohol or sweets to help me forget about things that stress me out. my weight can fluctuate due to bad months where i am not following my diet atleast 80% of the time. its easy for me to pack on 15lbs, i know a lot of it is water weight but i rather stay around the 135-145lb range and not go over that.
I'm trying to follow a very BALANCED lifestyle regimen, so far it has been going great and im hoping to stick to this for good :)
I find this member truly inspirational as she is always working hard and every pic she updates shows a ton of progress in her physique!! She also has almost the exact same measurements/weight stats as me which i have never come across before!! Keep training hard Diana!!
This member has overcome soooo many hurdles in her life, if i were to have been in her shoes i dont know how i would have pulled through. But, she has clearly come a very long way, looks amazing and continues to inspire people such as myself on a daily basis!!! It's members like this that motivate me and inspire me to stick to my diet and enjoy every minute i have in the gym! =)

I really think that interval training with cardio and a solid circuit with weights is key. It's the fastest results for me when cutting. Your probably pretty good with your diet. Since my workouts are hard I vary it up, but it's roughly
40 mins interval training
3-5 rounds of a full body circuit working Largest to smallest muscle groups. If you'd like a workout example let me know and I could write it down.
