Why I Love It:
well seeing your body change from day to day is cool, but its the fact you put in the work and you did it by yourself, being fully committed to this sport is coolest thing ever. When competing in competitions, no matter what place you finish in, it is truly the most rewarding thing to ever happen.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really just love to do it. Im just an addict
BB Accomplishments:
so far i took 2nd place in the teen category at NGA natural mr./mrs. california bodybuilding extravaganza
I got pretty good gains on it (check my chart). I do the test dummy thing all the time. Following up with Novadex will help keep the gains and lean out as well.
Hust 3 per day spaced morning, lunch, and dinner. High fat meals for best absorbtion. Two boxes will do a full cycle. Just be sure not to go over two boxes without a rest because of the Arachadonic Acid... It can cause arterial issues because of the damage it causes to soft tissue. Good luck!
