When I Started:
Jun, 2007
How I Started:
I got into BB when I realized that I was not getting any younger and I started to gain fat. Also, when I noticed too many guys around me with bodies that were similar to what I wanted to look like.
Why I Love It:
It de-stresses me and I like the results. It makes me feel fit, healthy and ready for anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read the working out magazines. Also, check out some of the BB photos for inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
1. My passion 4 working out is still active
2. Comfort level in the free-weight room
3. Learning barbell shoulder presses
I got to say that looking back, I wish I would've listened to my father and gone to the gym from the get-go. I was too busy going out and having a good time.
Now, I'm 29 and even though I started to workout a while back and I got the shape... it's time to get SERIOUS. I want most of my body to stay the same, my waist to be at 29 and my holistic body to be lean. However, I want my shoulders to be round and my lats to pop out. Im really want to work hard to get my six pack again, like when I was 21. I would like to be full-force in the gym and maybe have good people around me to motivate me and keep my mind going with non-stop working out.
I also want to incorporate sports and different kinds of cardio. I want to be able to learn how to focus on things to achieve small goals that lead to my over all goal - a healthy, lean muscular, ripped body.
I'll gladly take all the help/advice I can get...
Thanks!

After getting my weight bench and weights set including the iron things have been on an amazing road... however, my MIND still was not into it all the...
Sup Alex. You are fortunate to still ahve that teenage body and size. If you really work hard, stay consistent and dedicated, you will transform and be proud of the accomplishment. Age is a number, by which 29 is still a kid..lol. Check out this video of these Brooklyn Boys and it will give you some motivation and maybe you may want to incorporate it in you workout routines. Let me know what you think.
