Im not new to working out, I love working out! I have been involved with performing and dancing since i was little. I did drill team and was a cheerleader in junior high and high school and now perform at a place called "Lagoon" where we sing and dance every day. I have always had body image issus. In high school i had to go to therepy for an eating disorder and since then I still hate my body. I want to love my body, and I think this is a healthy way to get to that point.
Why I Love It:
I love the gym. It works out all my frustrations and i love feeling the burn of a good workout! I love seeing what I can change or alter and I want to push myself further!
How I Stay Motivated:
I put pictures up of what I hope to look like some day. I get on bodybuilding.com every day, and I keep a fitness/food journal to track everything.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet.....

Even tho I dont really feel like the gym ever makes a difference, I love it. It helps me get out so much frustration, anger, sadness...any emotion. I just run and run and somehow it helps. My dog died 2 days go and I went to the gym to run and just get it out, I didnt full on cry at the gym,...
You look amazing in your november picture. Keep up the great work it is paying off. Your mid section looks great. Stay focused and changes will happen.
