I joined the Army in college and that is how I started working out
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me look. I was always just skinny and lucky but as I got older things started to change, working out made them better than before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just am really motivated. Not sure how it works for me. It is never an issue to go workout. Right now I am super-motivated to get this baby weight off and lean up.

Getting into the best shape of my life after I had my daughter.
9 months pregnant baby #2. I had stopped working out around 7 months. I gained 60 lbs when I was pregnant this time and 50 the first time. I just could not leave the pastries alone.
I have noticed over the last couple of years that I wake up a lot at night stretching and moving my legs. Sometimes it's like I am not even really asleep. If I get up and take tylenol or motrin then I can sleep soundly. This only happens when I work out. If I take the week off I am fine and...

Gotcha. Safest thing to do is go clean for now, since your priorities are directed towards the baby. For me, I'm on whey.That is it. Never taken creatine in my life. I used to take Ripped Fuel when it had ephedra for fat loss some ten years ago.
