training is going great man. lately have been swtiching it up doing new excerises every couple wks. changed my sets as well going 4-5 times a wk instead of 3. feeling great man. nice new pictures

doing great bro. ive been switching up my sets too. use to do 3 sets of 10-12. now doing 12,8,8,6 and increasing the weight each time.

ive been doing great man. steadly increasing weight. did my measurements the other day. got another 2" on the chest and another 1" on the arms.

i know what you mean man. i use to eat everything under the sun and still get any gains. not till i upped having no less than 4 meals a day. and never skipping breakfast. once i made those changes the pounds have just kept coming. it will also get easier with age too.
