Background
I started working out in high school. I was a strong weight lifter but had no diet or nutritional plan that I followed. So I did not consider myself a bodybuilder
I enjoy working for the feeling of being in shape. I enjoy sweting, getting a pump and challenging myself during each workout. I enjoy seeing myself in shape!
