I started working out in high school. I was a strong weight lifter but had no diet or nutritional plan that I followed. So I did not consider myself a bodybuilder
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working for the feeling of being in shape. I enjoy swetting, getting a pump and challenging myself during each workout. I enjoy seeing myself in shape!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by being inolved in the sport as a competitor. I attend local shows and compete. I have competed in the biggest amateur shows out there. Thinking about my next show motivates me to train hard and stay in shape!
BB Accomplishments:
Winning my class at several local shows here in Los Angeles has been a nice accomplishment for me.
My biggest accomplishment was winning my weight class at the 2006 NPC USA Championship in Las Vegas

WOW! If perfection could only be illustrated with pictures, not words, your physique would have to be the standard that everyone would use as their definition!
hi alex i read your post in the forum regarding nutrition. im having some issues. i like, for the most part, healthy foods but i dont like walnuts, almonds, pecans..only regular roasted shelled nuts. and i hate cottage cheese. im just looking for some high protein advice for meals on the go. thanks so much
