How I Started:
I've always wanted to be lean and have a six-pack. Unfortuneatley, I'm not that way. So I started experimenting with push-ups, dumbells, and bands in the eighth grade. I begged my parents to get a membership to the gym and i got one. My parents have been training me ever since.
Why I Love It:
Because i know i'll get results. it's fun, and you feel good afterwords.
How I Stay Motivated:
by seeing the pics of people my own age and realizing i'm way behind. it also has to do with getting in shape for basketball b/c i'm really good, but not properly conditioned.
i do back/chest on monday) bicep/tricep/forearms on wednesday) shoulders/legs on fridays) and on saturday i do arms again. My cardio is alot of things i train for mma so i do alot of intesense cardio like jumping rope fast for awhile......running and thats about it for cardio. Most of the mma training is cardio it seems like
nah bro. Where exactly is Stone mountain?... it sounds familiar. That pic of me climbing the waterfall was at crabtree falls off the parkway of north carolina.
ive always been active with sports which helped a lot. i ran cross country for 6 years before i even thought about lifting which gave me a good base to start out with.
eh not really...im always around 145 lbs... i often have hockey games and practices and when i get home my weight is around 140 lbs....still hitting the gym but i think im going to change my supplement + i have 1 week vacation so im going to eat as much as i can...thx for asking....hows it going for u man?
Hey thanx man!:D I guess staying motivated and hard work is starting to pay off. I mean, its only my forth month and all but I can see the change and I guess that also keeps me motivated to work hard.
Honestly, I have no idea, I took protein once in awhile, and I actually only started working out in June, so that pic was 2 months before I actually started working out, I know I didn't take anabolics or anything like that, so it must be genetics and hard work. ;)
