Overall Goal: Ok so after about 6 months of not so noticeable gains, I decided I wanted to lose the weight and show the muscle. So i want to get big and buff.

How I Started:
I started lifting in July '08
wanted to lose fat and gain muscle. I started losing weight in March of '09 after not seeing any results.
Why I Love It:
The soreness and sense of accomplishment and progression.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the meatheads and saying to myself "someday ill look like that"

Goal (Long):
I got into weights when I decided i wanted to be confident. i was 233lbs with big manboobs. i hated my body. i was lifting to get buff but no progress. i got depressed and it pushed me to lose weight. in january 09 i decided to start losing weight. so far ive lost 25 lbs and looking to lose 25 more. i want to be proud of my body and i dont want to be just another guy at school. i want to be the guy that people admire and ask for advice. at the time ive put off having a girl because im focused on my real goal.
Reps range 3-40 in a given set actually man, heavy heavy or lighter for high rep, if heavy for low I'll get Bar Shrugs for 800lb+ for 5 or so, lighter I'll get 225lb for 40... Try pinching at the top of the lighter reps too...
