How I Started:
Football was my main motivation behind lifting. However once football was over, i did not need to carry the excess weight. I went from a 260lb Lineman, to a 195 amatuer bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
its a 24hour 365 day of the year sport that requires no team, just yourself. New challenges everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing that every single day is a new battle and its only you vs yourself, no one else can affect what you do or how you do it.

-Everyday is a new battle
-Injuries can only last so long.
