CSHart24 Hey man! Actually -- yes! Just dealing with weakened and stretched ligaments attaching to my sternum and my shoulder blades that causes inflamation, cracking, and pain. I'm currently undergoing a treatment called prolotherapy. Flying to Chicago every couple of weeks to get it done by the guy who is knows as the best and most experienced prolotherapist in the world. CSHart24 Hey man - I have a similar injury and wanted your advice. The injury is to my ribs and I can also crack them and get relief. Two spots on my ribs are very tender and i have been out of the gym since April. What kind of doc do you reccommend seeing? I'm getting accupuncture done but its not helping much!
