My goal is to lose the excess fat around my hips and thighs.
Goal (Long):
To date I have lost a total of 85 lbs. In addition to weight training, I also run and bicycle. Currently, I am holding most of my fat reserve in my hips and thighs. I would like to lose another 15 lbs. I generally run about 15 miles a week (MWF) and bicycle 18.5 mi on Sun.
When working on my legs I do lunges, squats, and the various weight machines at the gym. I have been gradually increasing the weight. My legs are getting stronger, but they still jiggle :)
When working on my abdominal area, I admit that I am not as consistant. This is the area that I could really use help in. My hips have recently begun to shrink, but I want some tips on how to firm up.
My hope is to possibly compete in a figure competition this July. I don't know if this is an unrealistic goal, so any and all advice would be appreciated.

This has been a relatively good week. I have lost more weight and FINALLY my thighs and hips are starting to decrease. In the middle of tax season (my notorious stress eating time - lots of junk is usually consumed) and so far it has been better than usual. Not eating a whole lot...
