When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
When I finished at University I was tired of being small. I decided to write to Gunter Schlierkamp for advice. He wrote back and gave me my first workout routine. He's been my inspiration ever since.
Why I Love It:
Simply I like looking and feel fit and healthy. I enjoy a challenge and bodybuilding is certainly that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I need a goal, I can't just keep going to the gym without something to aim for. To that end I have decided to compete again in 2009, but this time much heavier than I was when I competed in 2005.
BB Accomplishments:
My first competition, Heart of Dixie. I didn't get a call out, but I did learn a lot.
Good luck with your muscle gains! Keep training hard. We promote a show in Arlington in August on the 9th. It is an all natural INBF show and a pro qualifier for the WNBF. www.unitedfitness.org
