Of course I feel btr physically, but I feel stronger emotionally and spiritually too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the way I feel after a good work out. Just like a decent education, its something no one can take away from you. You work hard for it, and its yours for as long as you want it.

Im at a crossroads. I can either let gravity do its work, or I can make things happen my way.

I have too many ppl telling me Im ridiculous or crazy for training. I want to tune 'em out and prove to e.one, mainly myself, that I can accomplish anything I choose.

Hey gurl!! I couldnt find u for a while!? how ya been? me - ok. Switching things up and doubling my cardio and taking two weeks off from lifting. Trying to shock my body to DO something!!! lol
