How I Started:
I was the "skinny kid" most of my life, and it didn't really bother me that much untill I started getting older. I noticed almost EVERYONE my age was bigger than me. So I guess it started out as me just wanting to be average, but now, I've made up my mind that I'm going be as big as I possibly can without looking TOO disgusting, AND by staying ALL NATURAL! And one thi- woops, looks like it's time to eat again:)
Why I Love It:
i can't get enough of the "pump" after a good workout (especially my triceps) The compliments help alot, but it's worth it even without them.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing results and progress, knowing that every time you go back to the gym you'll be able to squat, curl or bench just a little more! NOT BEING AFRAID TO TAKE MY SHIRT OFF!!! If you have any questions or whatever add me on messenger - cloud91_@hotmail.com - aim screen name - cloud91_@hotmail.com

Make squats, bench press and deadlifts your core exercises, and don't do one more than once a week

Thx boss! I wish I would have started at your age wanting to be bigger but I was fine with being tall and toned since I was doing modeling on the side. Them days is over time to grow up now literally. We the same height just about so I see I got some catching up to do bro
