Weighing in at 285 lbs near college graduation in 2004. Heaviest weight I have ever been, by far.	Down to 227 lbs in this pic. But I still have a very long way to go. I'm basically a smaller version of the 2004 pic. Still very soft. I lost the weight by cardio only. After this pic I started lifting again and eating more. We'll see how it goes....
