fltallpaul thanks for the kind words. My arm routine is pretty simple. Keep the form good and the reps around 8-10. The best thing is barbell curls, don't rock. For tri's try close grip pushups, dips, skull crushers. You just have to progress every workout...Good luck. Jan 7, 2008 3:03pm
