How long and how much did it cost u to get certified? I been thinking about putting my training knowledge to use u know. I've gained a lot of knowledge over the past feew years about training, supplementation and dieting. I even helped about 8 people get into great shape. What's up bro. how it going? I hope all is well. I just increase the amout of calories I take in but, I don't consume junk food. I try to stay with steaks, lean beef and pasta it will help u gain weight but, u still gotta put in work at the gym by lifting hevier with lower reps.
