I am taking Lipo6x too.. I just started it on Friday.. So far if I take it in the morning I feel extra motivated!! And if I take it right before a workout or maybe 30 minutes or so before I feel like I can run for days!! The best part about it.. even if you aren't feeling much different it keeps your endurance up!! Just take a few extra cardio days and keep eating right and you should see a big difference!! Don't give up!!

If u r losing weight then gaining again then you need to take a step back and look at where you may be going wrong.. Perhaps it is your diet.. perhaps it is your workout regime.. Lets discuss it.. maybe we might end up helping each other and both achieving our goals..
