1-2 a week and basketball 3 times a week. So when i get some more hydroxycut hardcore, the gut should fall off in about a month or so.

mate the weight gain is most likely the recovery from the the run. I have dropped 2 kgs, but thats no big deal as i can normally move around 1-2 kgs gain or loss in a week any way. Have cahnged my diet again and no carb meals at all after lunch and smaller meals more often. Eating breakfast again helps. I have been hitting the home gym

Hi Adam, Great transformation. Well done on your efforts. Great abs and Lats. You havent mentioned what supplements you have taken. Also your transformation in the first few weeks are huge. How did you do it? Did you use juice? (no judgement at all, as i have used before) Trying to get simular results quickly as well, but this time around without all the added costs.
