Hi all,

Have been doing 4-6 games of basketball 4 nights a week for the last few weeks and last week did an extra night.

Hack,BigAl,WnP,G74:Thnks 4 your comments,advice,contact,encour agment since I started.Ive posted some new pics & considering my workouts R now a combo of all your hard work/tips I would be greatfull 4 some critical feedback on my weakspots etc,if you you can spare the time.I havent stacked on much weight & have hit some flat spots which is a bit annoying,but its early days into a long journey,so hopefully the base building is getting done?Have a great week and keep pump'n,Greg

good to hear your still cracking on with it mate... You should get some progress pics on for each 5kg you drop? I reckon with the weight loss you will still keep a fair bit of size..

i have added some new pics (not progress) will do that in a few weeks i think. gotta actually put on some size before i do that! : ) mate, take some other pics -close ups etc - upper body shots and post them, so i can rate and comment. Hi Alanlee, Thanks for your kind words mate. Just to answer your question, I have never "juiced" and never will. I'm not making a moral judegement against people who do but I want to reach my genetic potential naturally. I also don't take any "physique enhancing" supplements, I only take protein powder for convenience sake because I'd go crazy if I ate more than 3 tuna salads in a day!
