Hey I just read one of ur posts on the misconceptions of cardio. and ive been doing a lot of reserach. for the last 6 moths of training ive been doing LISS fasted and saw very good results, but at the expense of doing it for 1 hour 6 days a week, which just seemed like too much for me. i really wanna start doing HIIT mixed with LISS but not sure how to properly set up my nutrition around it. if you could help that would be great

The infamous Alan Aragon. I have seen many post and information blogs on here and Men's Health. I must say your information is very valuable. Any tips for getting through your profession. I am in route to becoming a RD/Nutritionist. Is there any tips (Do's or Dont's) you could give a brother.
- Your listener.

Just wanted to let you know that I got a copy of your book, and I loved it. I have to admit it was a hard read for me at first, but after taking time to process it, everything made sense. Good to see that all of your claims are backed by research, and you discuss all the fallacies of most popular nutrition myths out there today. Excellent book, and I'm very glad that I got it. Thanks!

Hey man, can you answer me a quick question.
I'm getting ready to cut at 2500-3000 calories a day.
DO I want to keep my protein up by at least 1g/lb LBM?
