started going to the gym with school and enjoyed it, (both cardio and weights)
Why I Love It:
after a workout i feel great and its good to train and witness the changes you make to your body..
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing pictures of other ppl motivates me to want to train and have a body as good or better..when im struggling on a weight i just think 'im about to fail', that pushes me on to finish a set because i hate to fail..
iv always wanted to be bigger and stronger. it would make me more confident about my body..i would like to bench press 100kg and deadlift 150kg in the next 6-8months.. i know i can achieve this following hard training and good nutrition..
Already with good work and results on those biceps, delts and traps. Stay motivated, eat well and train hard and just that impressive physique happen. Andre
Posting those pics is a great first step - Now you have some solid motivation to hit the gym, eat right, and come back with improvements in a few months!
