Meal #2 One scoop Protien Powder with Water
Meal #3 5 oz Chicken and 1 cup Broccoli
Meal #4 5 oz tuna with green salad and mustard and vinegar
Meal #5 I scoop whey protein and water
Day 2
Meal #1 2 whole eggs 3 egg whites 2 TBS salsa
Meal #2 1 scoop whey protein with water and 10 almonds
Meal #3 5 oz chicken 1/4 cup almonds
Meal #4 5 oz Salmon with green salad 1 TBS olive oil and Vinegar
MEal #5 1 scoop whey protein with water adn 10 almonds
