When I Started: Oct, 2007
How I Started: Worked out in college, Play contact sports till about 20 then stopped and focused on carreer. Woke up about 3 years ago mid 30s fat overweight. Didnt like the reflection in the mirror. Decided to make a change. i also realised my wife and kids need their dad/husband to be around long enough to see them grow. I was one foot away from terminal heart disease.
Why I Love It: I love seeing the changes. The gains have been slow but I know consistency with nutrition, training , cardio, will reap the rewards.
How I Stay Motivated: I read my goals daily to maintain focus on the target.
My training partner sally is fantastic to work out with. ( shes my wife too which helps) and Ronnie Coleman respect that.

I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife and I (bodyspace name: judimax) did Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and we had good results. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best of the season and look forward to seeing your progress in ’08.
