Goal (Long):
Dropped from 107 kgs down to 95kgs in 2008. Stress with work really affected me. Blew up to 120 kgs March 2009. Health has deterioted rapidly as a result. Climbing stairs kills me at the moment. Losing weight for me is not an option because it all jumps back. this time I want to drop to a reasonable weight that is sustainaable for me (105kg) and work on maintaining without the stress of worrying about putting all back on

I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife and I (bodyspace name: judimax) did Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and we had good results. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best of the season and look forward to seeing your progress in ’08.
