Side view VEGAS BABY!
This picture is one of the many sets of "before and after pictures" without having ever an after. The other sets have been deleted or in a shoe box hidden in the closet.I believe i weighed about 350 lbs. in this picture. I hope that now that im in the public eye, I will reach my goal.
I must admit, I went to a buffet every day I was in Vegas (4 days)

I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have. Hey dude, nice job on losing some weight! You could try walking slowly on the treadmill and working your way up, it has helped me a lot!
