i see. is it okay to do a workout program like yours, but do all of one body part, then another? or do you particularly recommended doing it alternatively

Chad, is there any benefits to doing chest/back or arm day like you do? Like alternating exercises instead of doing all of the chest then all of the back?

Thanks dude. Also, how often do you suggest I do supersets, and do you advocate the use of negatives + drop sets when I'm doing one set to failure? Or should I stop once I can't do anymore full reps.

Hey, I accidently left you a PM about this, but anyways, I had a quick question: Say I was doing chest, and warmed up with 1-2 sets, then hit one set to failure. Then I got to incline press. Is it necessary to warm up on inclines before hitting the failure set? My chest/arms/shoulders would already be warmed up. Thanks!

Hey dude, I accidently sent you a PM also.. my bad. Anyways, I have another question. Say if I'm doing chest, I'll do warm up sets for my 1st exercise, DB presses. After I'm done I go to incline presses, but do I have to do warm up sets for that also? Or can I just get into the work set, do one set, then move on? Thanks bro.

Hey man, amazing physique. I was looking at your blog, and you seem to do one set to failure for biceps. What would you suggest for chest? 2-3 sets to failure? Its a much bigger muscle group.
