Friend got me into it, then I became obsessed with it.
Why I Love It:
Lifting weights has changed my life tremendously, and there is no other greater feeling than growing and gaining.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking of all the kids that are bigger than me. I want to become dominant and not be average. I want to become a champion natural bodybuilder and hopefully be sponsored by a supp company
BB Accomplishments:
Repping 3 plates on both deadlifts and squats. Next goal = 2 plates on bench.

hey bro, how's it going? Can't believe it. You look like that and you're only 15? Dang. way to go! keep up that good work. Also a question for ya. I weigh 170lbs. Would you mind giving me a piggyback ride? How far can you carry me?
Gay sites? You're too macho for that, but probably they'd love to get you. ha Take care and keep up your muscle work. A pleasure to see one so young hard at it. Best, Jim
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
I like to train opposing muscle groups together back and forth. Like 1 set on bi's then 1 on tri's, 1 on back then 1 on chest. There seems to be better muscle synergy doing it this way.
I think you be ok as long as your only pushing to complete failure on just 1 set per exercise. After your first exercise is complete, you may find that you dont need a warm up set to get going on your next exercises. I would just do the warm ups when you feel it necessary. They help me get into the groove for my heavy sets so I always do at least 1.
We promote an all Natural show in Arlington, Washington. Its on August 8th. We would love to have you compete if you are interested? Keep training hard!! It is a pro qualifier for the WNBF!!
