And yes, this will be my first comp :) I'm not sure if the location has been confirmed yet, but I know the date is Sunday, April 7th. Also, it's entitled the "Championnat Quebec Open". mfanz I currently don't have a coach. I don't think I'll need any help with the dieting for leaning down and drying up... but a trainer to guide me through the posing would be a good idea. I'm probably going to just follow the recommendations from the 'AP Quebec' site as well as the instructions from the 'Perfect Posing' DVD set which I bought a little while back; I'm now a distributor and sell it through my site, just in case you're interested... http://www.mariofanzolato.com/perfect-posing Jan 17, 2013 11:15pm
