Remember me? I am so happy I have embraced the clean eating lifestyle. I have lost 23 pounds since mid-July and am practically vegetarian. I drink a half gallon of plain green tea a day and joined a gym on top of our basement gym. I knew it was my life when I put away the sugar and white flour and put out the green tea bags and plain oats!

Hey! It is so nice to hear from you! I am doing great and down 24 pounds since Spring. 18 pounds to go for my first major goal weight and we'll see where I go from there!

I am so glad that I can help you. Together maybe we can do this girl! I just cook all my food on Sunday so I just have to reheat during the week. Lots of veggies, brown rice very little meat. It's made a big difference when I hit a plateau. About 20 pounds down since July!

Thanks for the encouragement! Recently went to a wedding and so many people complimented myself and to my husband on how happy and good I look.

Hey stranger! I am doing so well once I started tracking my calories and ditching weight watchers. Lots of energy since I really embraced eating clean, went vegan and eat lots of vegetables, beans, brown rice. Lots of cooking going on on Sundays for the week. Just joined Planet Fitness with Hubby to shake things up. Love running on the treadmill and lifting weights..high reps and sets with low but challenging weight load.

I upped the cardio to 40 mins and I feel great! I will measure my waist tomorrow morning and use that as a tool as well. I cannot wait til school is done so I can have more time for two-a-days!

Thank you so much! I was doing 30 minutes before at the same frequency. My husband says my shape is better but the weight is about the same. I hate to be a slave to the scale but I want to start a family next year so the weight is a big issue. Thanks!

Been having a hard time getting the numbers down. How much cardio should I be doing a week and how high intensity? Thanks!

Not sure if you remember me but it's been a long time since I have been lifting and now I'm back and wanting to lose about 20 pounds this summer. It's a lot but I lift heavy and started running again. I upped my protein and eat clean. Wish me luck!

Happy belated birthday! I have been eating really clean for almost a month and I got 2 compliments on how skinny I look this week alone. I lost 7.5 pounds so far which isn't my lowest but perhaps my shape is changing. My energy and mood is sky high. I am able to wear high heels during the day and not be dead tired after work. Can't wait to get my measurements this month!

Thanks for the add! So far I lost 9 pounds in a short time since I have been focussed on my goals by writing the down and seeing them everyday. It helps to have a very supportive husband!

We went to 3 house parties which was fun. Didn't eat any food but did have a drink or two. I have fallen off the wagon but I am going to my weight watchers meeting on tuesday. I gained about 10 pounds since Thanksgiving. My training was a bit extreme so I think I got sick from overtraining and not getting enough sleep.I have gotten back to training but I must have overdid since on leg day I could barely walk the day after. I think my motivation is back but I am sooo bloated!

It's been a long time coming! LOL After my Thanksgiving splurge, I came down with a nasty cold. Since I am a teacher I get everything! As I type I am ok the bike so I am slowly getting back on track. Pants are a little snug and I'm trying to get the afternoon snacking under control. How do you cope with the holidays?

My plan is to stick to the turkey and veggies and have a 1/4 c of stuffing and sweet potatoes and no dessert. I will have a long workout beforehand too.

Thank you so much for YOUR compliment! I have always had broad shoulders, small waist and muscular legs so if thats the body type for figure then I should be in luck! I don't want to set a deadline for my transformation but I am thinking I will be ready this late summer or early Fall. Do you cycle your carbs? If so, how often do you go low carb? What are your favorite protein meals? I am always looking for new recipe ideas.

What a transformation and inspiration! I have lost 30 pounds and have about 30 to go so your weight loss is an inspiration. I want to compete in figure eventually so this gives me hope that I can do it! My students think it's awesome too so I started this voyage to be a better role model for them especially tenn girls. Keep up the great work!

I would love to do that but I'm up at 5am for work without working out. I may try it for a week to see what happens. Are you more tired at work in the afternoons tho?
