Not well, I have not had a chance to go to the gym in a couple weeks, I'm feeling down, my daughter just left three ago to go a military academy for 6 months, not to mention the stress of Summer finals. So, thank you for checking in with me, I'm trying to get my mind right. I just ordered some more supplements and protien. Also my doctor took me off the my water, and now I have cankles, and my weight is up 7-10 lbs. So I'm in the crapper all the way around.

Sorry, I haven't been around. I had two children leave for military school for 5.5 months, so I had been busy. Now I'm depressed, so thanks because I have to get my lazy butt movin.

do you know where to get the exacts for the carb cycling? I cannot afford to purchase anything at this point or I'll be in divorce court. I just need a sample meal plan to get me started, after my husbands sees some results I'm sure he wouldn't mind me purchasing something. Thank you much....you r 1 in a million.
