I was getting really tired of being skinny and i wanted to do somthing about it. Plus my job in the marine corps demands a strong body. I had a corpal and personal friend that started me and motivated me. After that first 3 month period i was hooked and have been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of it. The reality it brings to me, but as anyone else who lifts i love the effects it has on my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have a poster of body builders at there prime and looking at the mirror in the morning and seeing that i am no longer a skinny person. Just watching my body grow is what keeps me motivated. Now that motivates me to go to the gym but to stay there and push myself as hard as i do. Music lifting the seeing the increase in size when i get a good pump, and the fact that summer is coming. or will come
BB Accomplishments:
my body has been overall improved. i used to only be able to do 30 lbs bicep curls and now i can do 50. I understand to some of you 50 is not a big deal but i am improving every day.the fact that most of my life i weighed around 125 lbs and now i am around 146 lbs and still gaining and finally i can no longer see my rib cage! I can't wait to add to this with more improvements

the greatest thing is when you see the people who come in every monday and loose motivation by tuesday. and then there reaction when you have grown and they havn't

i was a skinny as hell with very little muscle on me. The picture was taken while i was going through the DOD fire academy. With my fittness level so poor as it was back then i almost didn't make it through the school! looking back at this picture i have came a long way
so i just got back into bodybuilding I must say i hate myself right now I took 7 months off because of a lack of motovation. I have gotten back to were I was and then some I am more serious then ever now.
to gain as much muscle as possible through power and strength training. to make a good base for a outstanding physic
Goal (Long):
I've add an addiction with becoming bigger being as short as i am i don't have the leverage i need to get my job done somtimes. i want to improve my overall size and strength as many times over as genenticly possible. i have been able to fill out pretty much very shirt i own but i want to be 180 lbs or at least 160 i want to be very well on this goal by the time i PCS out of marine corps air station iwakuni in the next 2 years
so today i did a work out with anderson. it wasn't really to build or anything or improve my body as much as it was to see if my shoulder could take the weight and constering i havn't been eating like someone trying to gain nor supplementing i knew that this work out wasn't really going to be...
I saw your question about deadlifts. I've done deads on stands and off stands. The real deal about deads is to keep your back straight. Start out lite, 45's on each side and go from there. I would also encourage core strength from squats and ab work as well. Contact me if you have any questions. Trent
hey thanks! I usually wo by myself. I have workouted out w/friend before but for most part, i get in my zone and do my own thing.
Best of luck putting on muscle.
