I got started through a friend of mine at work about 10 years ago and then he up and moved away on me. Since then I've never been as serious because its hard for me to find someone who can train with me given my crazy schedule.

May 2008 is the first time I ever did squats with any weight _ my actual starting point was 225 lbs.
