Breakfast - Protein Pancakes (1 cup oats, protein powder, 2 eggs, dash of pancake mix)

Lunch - Chicken & Brocolli

Almonds / Candy / w/e snacking during work

Protein Shake

Dinner/Pre-workout - More Chicken & Brocolli

Protein Shake before bed, maybe some more snacking
