I first started working out in high school during off season from playing lacrosse. Then i went to the University of Miami where I was on the Crew Team so my legs starting to become thicker than the rest of my body. Ever since I graduated and have been back home in NY I've been going consistently.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever and helps getting negative things off your mind. It also makes you feel great when you see progress and want to continue to keep that up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having goals in mind always helps, also seeing a drop in waist size is also a great motivator. Now I need to eat better consistently, keep up my workouts, and hopefully i'll be able to reach my goals.

i need to be more conscious of my eating habits even though they are pretty good. However, they're not consistent. So although my workouts and cardio are consistent, if i ate a lot healthier it would be easier for me to lose body fat.
OK so it's only Tues. and the week is already nuts... well I guess being that it is the last month of our sales year i had to expect it.
I've been doing good with the new meal plan so far but i've been bad with jotting it down in the blog. But all of a sudden since I've started eating...
