How I Started:
I decided that I really did not see myself in the body that I was in. It was time for me to make some life changing decisions for myself. So I am committing to working out and improving my overall health.
I have been attempting to lose weight on and off for the past ten years. I can begin a aprogram but never stick with it long enough to see any real results. At one point I used the Atkins diet to lose 50 pounds but I soon realized that this was not something that I could maintain and eventually I gained all of that weight back. I want to to totally committ to a new healthy lifestyle that will allow me to get my body back to the one I see myself with in my minds eye. In my mind I am still 6'2'' 215 pounds. I know I can get to this goal if I take small steps and make changes that I can committ to.
I am in a hotel in Dickson, TN and I am going to attempt to stay on track. I weighed myself and I lost two more pounds last week. My diet was not as strict last week. I did o.k. overall but if I really want to lose weight I have to do better. I'm gonna limit my calories to 2500 a day and keep...
I was able to lose over 50 lbs and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in 12 weeks by following the Body for life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 during the same 12 weeks. I believe that you will get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
