My brother motivated me @ a young age and it just kinda stuck.
Why I Love It:
My body is a physical representation of my passion for excellence. Question what life has to offer then... demand more! REFUSE to allow society to dictate your limitations. The ride is short. Get all you can out of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I REFUSE allow anything less. My new clothing line keeps me focused and motivated to attack my goals. Check it out http://refuze.com Let me know what you think.
BB Accomplishments:
My results in the past are a direct reflection of my limited education. Now I'm back with a new understand of the sport and a respect for my body with full expectations of serious results. (along with the know how to do it.)

Hey Tony. Congrats on the 25 lb. weight loss! I have lost close to 60 and still have about 20 or so to go if I'm ever going to get that 6pk! Keep up the good work.
Tony, just dropping by to see how the training is going. Are you continuing some great progress? I let 10 lbs slip back on me but I'm ready to get it back and a little bit more. Drop me a line and let me know how you've been.
