How I Started:
I was very skinny and tall all throughout highschool. It was time for a change. I started lifting senior year and since have made great gains from where I was.
Why I Love It:
Sense of accomplishment, seeing results, friendships that have resulted from being in the gym so much!

My Friends Seeing Results Feeling Strong/Great every day! Constantly setting new goals and working towards achieving them!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
