Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I was very skinny and tall all throughout highschool. It was time for a change. I started lifting senior year and since have made great gains from where I was.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Sense of accomplishment, seeing results, friendships that have resulted from being in the gym so much!

My current Workout Program (June 2010)

Finding a solid training program that helps add strength and muscle simultaneously can be a hard thing to do. Although, young, I've tried many, many different types of programs, and I've come to the conclusion that THEY ALL WORK. However, the real question is for how long, and what benefits do you recieve. My goal was to develop a program that allowed me to gain strength and size at the same time. I feel the two correlate a great deal. The stronger you get, the more weight you can push around, which leads to more size. It's been years in the making and there are many programs like it, but here...
