I was very skinny and tall all throughout highschool. It was time for a change. I started lifting senior year and since have made great gains from where I was.
Why I Love It:
Sense of accomplishment, seeing results, friendships that have resulted from being in the gym so much!
How I Stay Motivated:
My Friends
Seeing Results
Feeling Strong/Great every day!
Constantly setting new goals and working towards achieving them!
*although i still commit some of these errors from time to time, i am making a continuous effort to improve
