I plan on losing 25 - 30 pounds of fat so that I can get down to 170 pounds and 5 - 6 percent body fat. I plan on doing an amateur bodybuilding show at NIU and I want to get into the middle weight class at 170.
So I decided that I want to be cut for summer so I decided to go back on my diet and incorporate a little cardio. I'm giving myself 4 weeks. We'll see what happens.
So last time I saw you I was completely wasted...lol. But yeah I was looking at off-season and pre-contest exercises and put together a new workout to build mass. So basically i am doing all the off-season exercises. And wow my legs are still sore from fridays workout. It feels like I've never worked them out before.
How is the diet coming? I lost weight over Christmas break so im back down to about 166. But I plan on changing that...i just ordered sizeon and superpump250. Gonna start back up on it either Friday or Sunday.
I was looking into the BCAA's, as I dont know too much about them, and was wondering how effective they are.
White Flood/Green Mag is a great combination. White Flood is my first NO product I've been on, so I dont have a lot to compare it to, but it definately gets me moving in the gym early in the morning. I particularly like that you can mix the WF with Green Mag in the same shake preworkout, which is super easy.
