Workout Program:
Monday ~ Chest, Biceps, Forearms
Tuesday ~ Back
Wednesday ~ Shoulders, Traps, Tris
*During the first three days of my skip all workouts are heavy and most to failure involving forced reps, half reps and drop sets. My sets are based on a 12, 10, 8, 6 pyramid set.

*Thursday through Saturday are the same muscles in the same order. Only difference is now instead of lifting for power we lift for muscle tone and endurance. All exercises will include 3 to 4 sets of reps ranging from 25 to 15.

*Keep in mind Legs would usually have there own day during the week seeing as they are most important. With me being just out of surgery I cannot do anything for legs for the next couple weeks.

* Abs are also thrown in usually every other day. This fluctuates on soreness and time. Cardio is also thrown in but not until I can walk without a crutch :)

* After the 6 day workout skip two days of rest are taken which means that the first day of the workout week will not always land on Monday.
