Overall Goal:  Need to get back to where i was before my knee surgery. 8 more lbs to go.

Fit Status:  Tore my ACL, MCL, Medial Meniscus, and Lateral Meniscus. Then was in hospital for pancreatitis. Lost all my gains :(

Man sorry to hear about your injuries, nasty thing, did my ACL a few years back and because of complications was in hospital for well over a week. Lost all muscle in my leg... Looks like you're doing well to rebuild though mate.
