How I Started:
I'm an MMA fighter, been involved in martial arts since i was 4. Started getting into lifting weights during my first year of wrestling for my high school.
Why I Love It:

*During the first three days of my skip all workouts are heavy and most to failure involving forced reps, half reps and drop sets. My sets are based on a 12, 10, 8, 6 pyramid set.
Man sorry to hear about your injuries, nasty thing, did my ACL a few years back and because of complications was in hospital for well over a week. Lost all muscle in my leg... Looks like you're doing well to rebuild though mate.
